The Rare 1957 Chevron 369 Dial Oyster

For a long time we have been fans of the rare and interesting dials that Rolex made for their time-only watches in the 1950s and 60s. This manual-wind Oyster Precision is one such gem, with cool applied 3-6-9 hour markers and a quarter-chevron dial. The dial has aged nicely and has a beautiful patina with rich vanilla lume dots at the hour markers , the hands have another colour , we think they have been replaced in the 1960s. The case is in great overall condition retaining thick lugs and a good bezel. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
