This Speedmaster is the perfect way for a collector to enter the vintage Speedy world, with a cool and interesting watch from Omega’s most iconic sportswatch. It has such a cool look on the wrist and would be perfect for summer! This particular version of the Speedy was produced for around two years and is known as the ‘Pre-Moon’ caseback by collectors, this watch has a shallow engraving on the caseback that preceded Omega’s claim about being the first watch on the moon. Our 145.002 houses a correct stepped dial with painted logo and ‘Professional’ third line of text. The stainless steel case is strong all round and the lugs remain sharp. The bezel is in good overall condition. This Speedy comes on a reference 1171/1 steel bracelet in good used condition. This Omega features the legendary manual-wind caliber 861 movement that has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
