The 1940s was a time when the average wristwatch was around 32mm. This beautiful Omega dress watch really is a large watch for the era; it measures 38mm and has a 19mm lug width - a real giant for the time! The dial is a very rare waffle dial with applied gold arabic numerals at 12, 3 & 9. The dial has aged beautifully and features a cross-hair sub seconds hand in the bottom half. The dagger minute and hour hand are in perfect, unmarked condition. The pink gold case is in very fine condition. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker and the watch will come on a strap of your choice from our web webshop.
