A Swiss watch named after one of the most iconic american muscle cars?
Coincidence? … no!

In the late 60s not only the Chevy Camaro was launched but also this Heuer reference was born.
The story goes way back to the responsible in Switzerland wishing the watch would have a bigger impact on the american market.
It seemed to make sense to share the same name with the well loved and popular car back then to pursue the successful way.

The Camaro resembles the Carrera, but whether it was a coincidence or intent the case is cushion squared pumped up just as its namesake.

This 92220T is a super rare version of the more common 92220 having the lovely Tachymeter ‘update’ on the silver dial.
